What exactly does a MedBridge virtual assistant do?
Our VAs handle administrative and patient-facing tasks that take time away from clinical care — scheduling, follow-ups, insurance verification, inbox management, and more. You can browse the full list on our Services page.
Do you handle protected patient health information (PHI)?
We follow HIPAA-conscious practices from the start. Most partnerships begin with non-PHI tasks, and formal data-handling agreements (like a BAA) are put in place as needed once a role grows to include sensitive patient data.
Where are your virtual assistants based?
MedBridge Health is based in Lagos, Nigeria, and we work with US and UK practices remotely, with scheduling built around your practice's working hours.
How does the pilot trial work?
New practices can start with a short, low-cost pilot — typically one to two weeks — to see real impact before committing to an ongoing arrangement. See Pricing for details.
Can I hire more than one VA role?
Yes. Many practices start with one role and add more as needs grow. Reach out and we'll help structure the right combination for your practice.
What if it's not the right fit?
No long-term contract is required to start. If a pilot isn't the right fit, there's no obligation to continue — we'd rather you find out early than commit to something that doesn't work.
How do I get started?
Book a free consultation and tell us what's taking up your team's time. We'll take it from there.
